This spray is very calming and the trees have helped me gretaly in various stressing situations and also when anxiety has had me. One time I felt every single cell in my body relaxed. It was so good. The sprays and essences has helper me better when I invite their spirit and medicine into every cell of my body. I had previosely work with Lupuna Blanca, and it was nice to connect with again.
