This was my first sacred essence to try and it has been quite a gentle journey with some pretty needed ups and downs, a kind of gentle purging. Connecting with this beautiful spirit has taught me the meaning and the value of commitment, just like with any other important relationship/connection actually. It helped me calm my mind and my heart and experience a gentle serene touch, as if a membrane was protecting my field/aura/soul.
