I suffer with anxiety and have been taking medication for this problem for years .when I am feeling anxious my life doesn't seem worth living I feel crushed by an irrational fear which I can't seem to shake off. I don't know if any of you have suffered or are suffering with this, but on bad days my only thought is, I want the day to end and go back to bed.I have been using the calming mist and it has really helped me.I just spray it on like a perfume I breath in the scent deeply and concentrate on the aroma for a few seconds. Almost instantly I can feel myself calming down and my heart rate slowing down, for me a god send, I use it as often as I need or want to. I recommend it to everyone thank you Mimi.
